How Analyze was Used
“A 3-step process was used to prepare the datasets for distance mapping. It consisted of segmentation using (AnalyzeDirect™, Overland Park, Kansas), followed by 3D spatial filtering, and then 3D rendering (Geomagic Control™, Morrisville, North Carolina) of the articulating bones. These included the tibia, fibula, talus, calcaneus, navicular, cuboid, cuneiforms and metatarsals.”
