How Analyze was Used
“Tumor segmentation (was performed) by a commercial software (AnalyzeDirect 11.0) performed at the slice (2D) level and based on the T1W + c images. The extracted mask was then used to define the 3D target tumor area based on the normalized T1W + c image.”
