“The surfaces of the femur, tibia, and patella … were semi-automatically segmented (average segmentation time per MRI scan: UMRI: 47 min, CMRI: 1 h 13 min) using the software tool Analyze 9.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, USA) with a two-dimensional region growing algorithm followed by manual refinement.”
