How Analyze was Used
“The full body images (~400 images) were loaded into software (Analyze™ v.12.0, AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS). The trained analyst was blinded to the identity of each calculated muscle volume by appending the acquired axial series from the feet through the hands based on anatomical landmarks”
