How Analyze was Used
“Lesion intensities were specified semi-automatically by Analyze 11.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, www.analyzedirect.com). Then, lesion filling was done on T1 images to avoid segmentation errors. Finally, we calculated total lesion volume.”
