How Analyze was Used
“Micro-CT was performed using a Quantum GX μCT imaging system (PerkinElmer, Hopkinton, MA, USA) at the Korea Basic Science Institute, Gwangju Center. For each sample, the voxel size was set to 20 μm and the image scanning time was four minutes. Acquired images were visualized using the Quantum GX basic software, followed by image segmentation using Analyze software 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, USA).”
