How Analyze was Used
“The scanning process was managed by a computer, and the image field was 72 mm × 40 mm with 144 voxels. Analyze 12.0 software (Analyze Direct, KS, USA) was used to acquire the CT images and for image segmentation, and the target area module and volume editing tools in the software were used to quantify the BAT volume.”
