How Analyze was Used
“Cross-sectional images were reconstructed at 0.5mm intervals with a pixel size of 0.5 or 0.468mm. The images were then transferred to medical imaging software(Analyze 9.0; Mayo Clinic, Biomedical Imaging Resource, Rochester, MN, USA), and a surface model of the cranium was generated as a triangular mesh model using the march-ing cube method.”
