How Analyze was Used
“The base Ti-weighted MR image (256 X 256 X 124 voxels; voxel size, 0.859 X 0.859 X 1.20 mm) was manually oriented into stereotactic space using ANALYZE AVW, version 1.1. The final image size was 256 X 256 X 145 voxels, at 0.859 mm3/voxel.”
