How Analyze was Used
“Using the technique reported by O’Brien et al. [1998], the SISCOM images were constructed by using a Unix-based workstation with image-analysis software packages (ANALYZE 7.5 and Analyze/AVW ….). Initial SPECT images, which were 16 bits, were converted to 8-bit images when they were integrated into the Analyze software system.”
