“The resulting DICOM files were imported into Analyze 10.0 (www.analyzedirect.com) and optimized for visualization and analysis. Image capture, postprocessing and segmentation of relevant subcortical structures was performed in Analyze 10.0 using the Region of Interest (ROI) tool.”
