“To evaluate the impact of Usp22-KO on tumor growth in vivo, changes in tumor volume were measured over 4 weeks through serial CT scans. Serial lung images were reconstructed, and tumor volumes were subsequently analyzed using Analyze-15 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, Kansas, USA).”
