How Analyze was Used
“After the transfer of CT data sets to an image-analyzing system (Analyze 10.0 …s), CT-Osteoabsorbtiometry (CT-OAM) was performed. A three dimensional image of the whole joint was first portrayed and the joint surface was then visualized looking directly towards it. Second, the subchondral bone plate in each section was isolated and also reconstructed three-dimensionally.”
