How Analyze was Used
“The procedure was performed on a PC workstation with AnalyzePC 3.0 … as described previously [Van Oertzen et al. 2000]. In brief, the SPECT volume file was reformatted to a cubic voxel size of 1.0 mm, and the exterior border of the skull was outlined by thresholding.”
