How Analyze was Used
“Manual segmentation and volumetry of brain structures was done in a blind design with Analyze 10.0 software (AnalyzeDirect). Expert-user segmentations were made on the raw T2-weighted images, based on clearly defined borders determined by white matter or ventricles.”
