How Analyze was Used
“Using manual technique settings, the acquired image was segmented using Analyze 14.0 software (AnalyzeDirect). A 3D heart image was constructed at the coronal plane orientation, where the ventricular area was measured for all the animals during terminal imaging and the data was statistically evaluated.”
