How Analyze was Used
“To evaluate kidney volumes, DECT images were reconstructed and then loaded into the Analyze software. ROIs were then manually drawn in the medulla and cortex in each slice, and added together to calculate cortical and medullary volumes. Renal function was evaluated from TACs produced from ROIs drawn in the renal cortex, medulla, and aorta in perfusion scan images depicting the change in tissue attenuation over time.”
