“Image data were transferred to PBRC [Pennington Biomedical Research Center] and commercially available software (Analyze; AnalyzeDirect…) was used to electronically measure areas of adipose tissue by selecting regions of interest defined by attenuation values (−30 to −190 HU for adipose tissue).”
