How Analyze was Used
“Visualization of image stack was performed with Analyze (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS, US). A grey value time course was calculated for each pixel over 512 frames per region. The area covered by motile cilia was determined by quantifying the percentage of pixels with a measurable beating frequency within a region.”
