How Analyze was Used
“The feet and ankle joints were scanned by Micro-CT (Quantum GX2) with parameters of 90KV, 88µA, and the two-dimensional (2D) sectional figures and three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction images were obtained. Bone mineral density (BMD) of ankle joints were calculated with Analyze12 software (AnalyzeDirect).”
