How Analyze was Used
“Intracranial volume (ICV), namely all structures within the cranium and including brain, roots of cranial nerves, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), venous sinuses and other vessels, was measured semi-automatically using Analyze 7.0 … by an experienced rater (KJF) from the axial whole brain T2*-weighted sequence starting at the first slice in which the cerebellum was visible.”
