“The rating was done using a commercially available software (Analyze 11.0, Biomedical Imaging Resource, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN). A standardized procedure to quantify the proportion of ischemic edema due to NWU was used as previously published and extended to account for CP-I and VNC-I comparison.”
