How Analyze was Used
“Lung volume and bright signal within the lung were quantified using Analyze 7.0 software (… KS, USA). A contour encompassing the lung was drawn and applied to each of the seven slices of the scan (the trachea, main bronchi, and heart were not included within the contour). The total volume of this lung contour was calculated.”
