How Analyze was Used
“To calculate the area for each of the 7 CC regions, the MRI scans were realigned in the sagittal plane and imported in the post-image analysis software ANALYZE 7.0. Using the tracing tool, the area (in mm2) of the CC lying within each outlined region was measured in each individual.”
