“Analyze 6.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS, USA) was used to co-register the pre- and post-operative MPRAGE volumes to a MPRAGE image of the DTI volume (acquired in parallel with the DTI acquisition for anatomic guidance) (Wakana et al., 2004).”
