“Images of LY-filled neurones, and surface distribution of PAC1-Rs, nAChRs, and putative synaptic contacts immunoreactive for PACAP, VIP, and VAChT were acquired in separate digital files for computer assisted three-dimensional reconstruction as previously described (Ermilov et al. 2000; Ermilov et al. 2003) using ANALYZE™ software.”
