How Analyze was Used
“The area of the image covered by guttae was identified in each image with use of a custom program that provided image filtering and thresholding and reported the number of image pixels above and below the threshold. The program was written in the Tcl Programming Language (www.tcl.tk [in the public domain]) and used Analyze AVW … routines for image processing.”
