How Analyze was Used
“All the MRI data were transferred to a computer (Macintosh; Apple Computer, Cupertino, CA) in the original digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) format. Measurements were taken with biomedical imaging software (Analyze 7.0; AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS) with an interactive pen display (DTU-710; Wacom Corp., Saitama, Japan).”
