How Analyze was Used
“Three dimensional volume rendered reconstruction of MRI images was performed using the ANALYZE [Robb et al. 1989] software package from a fast field echo sequence in four children (typical resolution 0.9 × 0.9 × 3 mm) and a turbospin echo sequence (repetition time 975 ms and echo time 12 ms, typical resolution 0.9 × 0.9 × 1.5 mm) in the others.”
