How Analyze was Used
“T2- and T1-weighted scans with gadolinium (Magnevist, Bayer, Germany) as contrast agent were conducted using a 1H-Cryoprobe and Paravision 6.0 software (Bruker) to verify tumour progression. Tumour volumes were calculated by Analyze 10.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Lenexa, KS).”
