How Analyze was Used
“Multislice CT volume data were converted from original DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) images using Analyze 7.0 (www.Analyzedirect.com). VIE [virtual intravascular endoscopy] images were generated based on a CT number thresholding technique to provide intraluminal views of the aorta and its branches as well as abnormal changes [Sun et al. 2003, 2008].”
