How Analyze was Used
“Volume measurements of the lesion on admission DWI and MTT maps and follow-up MRI or noncontrast CT images were performed with a semiautomated commercially available image analysis program (Analyze …). A research assistant (L.V.) first outlined the regions of abnormality. Subsequently, the contours were edited by an experienced neuroradiologist (A.Y.) blinded to treatment and clinical outcome, and volume calculations were performed.”
