How Analyze was Used
“Metabolic maps were co-registered to anatomy using magnetic resonance imaging (T1 weighted, 3D). These data were processed using in-house software (PETan; Dr Piotr Smielewski …), which incorporated elements of the following software packages: SPM99 …, Matlab 5.2 …, Analy[z]e AVW 2.5 … and MPR … Collectively, this software produced spatially normalized maps of CMRGlc.”
