How Analyze was Used
“Placental reactive oxygen intermediates were marked by Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, www.analyzedirect.com) software for calculation of the mean signal intensity (SI). For some of the placentas (in which there were fetal movements), the region of interest was manually marked for each scan.”
