How Analyze was Used
“Using Analyze 12.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Overland Park, KS, USA), the acquired images were cubic-spline resampled to 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 mm voxel size and rigidly transformed to Talairach space, where the anterior and posterior commissures lie on a straight and horizontal anteroposterior line [31]. Using the segmentation functionality of Analyze, an object map representing all the voxels that are in the brain and none outside it was created and saved to a file.”
