How Analyze was Used
“Volume images were reconstructed and regions of interest traced from cross-sectional images from the aorta, renal cortex, and medulla, which generated average tissue attenuation curves. These curves were then fitted to calculate (using Analyze software) single-kidney glomerular filtration rate (GFR, cortical curve slope) and renal blood flow (RBF) factored to body weight.”
