How Analyze was Used
“The MR images were imported into Analyze 8.1 (AnalyzeDirect Inc., Ks, UsA). The fat suppression
used in the 3D scanning sequence allowed for fast threshold based segmentation. The segmentation of the much noisier cine sequence required manual interaction.”
