“Anatomic structures sampled included the anterior limb of the internal capsule, posterior limb of the internal capsule, optic radiations, frontal lobe, corpus callosum, cingulum bundle, centrum semiovale, superior and inferior temporal lobe, orbitofrontal cortex. These were sampled for mean diffusivity, fractional anisotropy, axial diffusivity and radial diffusivity using ANALYZE 10.0 software.”
