How Analyze was Used
“The volumes of the SEGAs [subependymal giant cell astrocytomas] were calculated with the use of ANALYZE 10 software program (AnalyzeDirect Inc, Overland Park, Kansas) using a 1.5-T MRI device. We used a 1-sided paired t-test to evaluate the mean reduction in the volume of an SEGA from baseline volume using an α level of .05.”
