How Analyze was Used
“Lesion volume quantitation was performed with Analyze 10.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Inc.)…using T2-weighted images where hyperintense ischaemic areas are defined with a region of interest tool. This procedure enables a threshold-based segmentation and results in a 3D object map of the whole stroke region.”
