How Analyze was Used
“Digital images were acquired using the AxioCam MRc, (Carl Zeiss, Inc., …) attached to a microscope (Lieca, Diaplan …) fitted with a motorized stage (Ludl Electronic Products …) and stage position encoder. Sections were studied using the Analyze 8.1 three-dimensional stereology software.”
