How Analyze was Used
“Anonymized images were analyzed using commercially available software (Analyze 11.0). Rating of MR images was performed according to Thomalla et al15. Presence of DWI-FLAIR mismatch was determined by two board-certified neuroradiologists in consensus reading. When rater judgments were conflicting, images were discussed together with a third investigator, and consensus was reached between all three observers. Observers were masked to clinical information.”
