How Analyze was Used
“In order to obtain the 3D meshes of the RV for training, ten 2D MRI images were scanned from the atrioventricular ring to the apex with 10mm slice gap. Analyze (AnalyzeDirect, Inc, Overland Park, KS, USA) was used to interpolate ten new slices between each two images. It was also used to
segment the RV contours manually from interpolated slices.”
