How Analyze was Used
“Following image acquisition, raw image sets were transferred to a processing workstation and processed using the medical imaging software, Analyze (AnalyzeDirect, version 7.0; Overland Park, KS). Primary tumor volumes and metastatic burden (mm3) were calculated from manually traced regions-of-interest (ROI).”
