“PET scans were analysed using Analyze 7.0 (…AnalyzeDirect, Inc, KS) and co-registered to a MRI template (T2-weighted acquisition, matrix: 294×286×277, voxel size: 0.23×0.23×0.23 mm) with intra-operator reproducibility of 0.5–1 mm.”
