How Analyze was Used
“Individual patient MRI data were assessed using standard planimetric techniques (Analyze, V 12.0, Analyze Direct, Overland Park, USA). Infarct volumes were measured on diffusion-weighted images (DWI) using standard planimetric techniques. The greatest axial diameter of solitary subcortical or brainstem lesions was measured in order to classify infarcts as isolated small subcortical infarcts (solitary subcortical or brainstem lesion<2 cm on DWI) or embolic, as previously described."Keywords
