How Analyze was Used
“The intracranial volume (ICV), ISL, any old infarcts including lacunes at baseline and new cortical or subcortical stroke lesions appearing at follow-up were manually outlined (masked) on FLAIR, guided by diffusion-weighted and T2-weighted images using a region-growing algorithm in Analyze 9.0 software [Hernanadez et al. 2010].”
