How Analyze was Used
“The 2-D transverse cineloops were exported from the VevoLab software and transferred to Analyze 12.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Inc., Overland Park, KS, USA). Here, tracing of the kidney and cyst surface was performed in the 3-D reconstruction by semi-automatic tools present in the Analyze 12.0 software as per the manufacturer’s instructions.”
