How Analyze was Used
“The three-dimensional CT data were reconstructed and analyzed using Analyze 12.0 (Biomedical Imaging Resource, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN). A semi-automatic segmentation was used to define total tumor volume and total lung volume based on x-ray attenuation difference between lung parenchyma and tumors. All quantifications were conducted blindly.”
