How Analyze was Used
“MRI data evaluation was carried out with Analyze 5.0 software (AnalyzeDirect, Inc.,
Lenexa, USA). A region of interest (ROI) was assigned to each liver and the muscle
of the foreleg, resulting in 3D object maps for each single rat.”
